Refund Policy

1. Revision Policy: HM Digi Solutions offers free revisions according to the package purchase to ensure 100% customer satisfaction.
2. Refund Eligibility: Refunds are available if designs remain unused and not published online. A refund request must be submitted within five days of initial design completion.
3. Refund Process: Refunds vary based on timing:
  - Before delivery: Full refund minus a 10% service fee.
  - Within 48 hours of delivery: 66% refund minus a 10% service fee.
  - Between 48-120 hours of delivery: 33% refund minus a 10% service fee.
  - No refunds after 120 hours, but concerns can still be addressed.
4. Refund Approval: Requests are reviewed individually, and approval depends on the violation of the user agreement.
5. Refund Procedure: Once approved, refunds are processed and credited back to the original payment method.
6. Late Refunds: If a refund hasn't been received, checking with the bank and credit card company is advised.
7. Sale Items: Only regular-priced items are eligible for refunds, not sale items.
8. Exchanges/Changes: Exchanges are only offered if logos are proven to be plagiarized. Contacting support is necessary for such requests.
